This website presents AuraSonic and MadGigz (madgigz.aurasonic.es), a platform where independent artists, venues and promoters promote their shows and sell tickets. The AuraSonic and MadGigz names, logos and the content of this website belong to AuraSonic SL or its licensors. Content published by users of the platform belongs to its authors, who license it to us as described in the Terms of Service. Browsing this site grants no licence beyond personal use.

Responsibility

We work to keep the website and the app available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to third-party sites (for example Stripe or social networks) are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Madrid, except where consumer protection law grants jurisdiction to the courts of your domicile.
